Can I cancel anytime?
We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. Either can be cancelled any time, and the subscription will end on the following monthly or annual billing date. Our Monthly subscription plan is subject to a minimum three month subscription, which is charged up front.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not right now, but we’re confident that you'll see the benefits of Rotify as soon as you see a demo.
Do you charge for support?
Nope. We have one, first class tier of human-led support available to every customer.
I can't see the feature I need...
Rotify is always developing and growing. Get in touch via ‘Contact Us’ and we’ll let you know if we have what you’re looking for. If not, it’s very likely to be on our roadmap going forward.
I have more than 300 staff. Is that too many?
Not at all. We just know that larger customers might require a little more onboarding support, so we prefer to speak with them before getting going. Just click on 'Contact Us' to discuss. Oh, and don’t worry, we’re still easy on budget for our larger customers.
Is there a charge for SMS usage?
Yes, SMS is charged PAYG at 6p per credit, or we offer cut-price bundles. With so many push notifications coming from every app on your employee’s phones, SMS is still proven to be the best way to get someone's attention. But, if you prefer you can always use our email and in-app messaging.
How is payment taken?
Payment can be taken in two ways – via card payment for all subscriptions, or we accept BACS for annual subscription customers. Just click Contact Us if you'd like to discuss.

Rotify is built by IQUS Ltd. That’s us. We’re a software development house with over 20 years' experience in building staff rota software. We were one of the very first providers to supply scheduling software to the NHS back in ’99, and we’ve been learning every day since. You’re in safe hands.
Are there any setup costs?
That depends on what you want to do. Rotify is designed to be easy to setup, but we understand that some customers may want a guiding hand, setup help and user training. We have paid onboarding packages with our customer success team that will certainly speed up the implementation, but it's your call.
